the cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff were genuinely exceptional, especially Salma, who graciously accommodated my early check-in. The location was perfect, with convenient access to the mall via a sky bridge. Plus, the breakfast spread was diverse and delicious, making every morning enjoyable.

The facilities, including the pool and spa, were top-notch and made my relaxation a priority. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful; Jariah and Salma at the reception were especially outstanding. Not to mention, the location is superb, only a short walk to a major shopping destination, which was super convenient for exploring the area.
