I had a wonderful experience at the hotel, especially with the cleanliness and staff. The room was immaculate, and I felt totally comfortable during my stay. I was fortunate to receive a complimentary upgrade to a junior suite, which was a delightful surprise. The location was also a major plus, as it made it easy to walk to shops and events, perfect for someone with mobility challenges.
