I had a great experience at the hotel, as the location was perfect, within easy walking distance to all the attractions, restaurants, and pubs. The room was spacious and cozy, ensuring I had a restful stay, and the staff were outstanding, always friendly and accommodating. the cleanliness throughout the hotel was impressive, giving me confidence in the safety and comfort of my surroundings.

it was conveniently situated for exploring the shops, castle, and nearby attractions like the Motorpoint Arena, yet still offered a peaceful atmosphere. The breakfast spread was delightful, featuring a wide variety of options, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived.
