it was impeccably clean and the staff was truly exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure a perfect experience. the amenities, including the superb gym and free bike rentals, were fantastic and made my trip even more enjoyable. I also appreciated their assistance in making reservations at the city’s best restaurants, which added a delightful touch to my visit.

We had an amazing experience at the hotel, enjoying the perfect location that made it easy to explore nearby attractions like Stanley Park and Yaletown. the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially Jessie who warmly welcomed us upon arrival.

We loved the boutique feel of the hotel. the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. the fitness center had the best gym equipment we've ever used. We also appreciated the central location, making it easy to explore everything in the area.
