I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, as the location was perfect, being close to a tube station and many attractions, allowing quick and easy access. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, speaking multiple languages, which made communication a breeze. I appreciated the cleanliness throughout the hotel, including the shared bathrooms, and the breakfast was delightful, providing a great start to my day.

I loved the Victorian charm of the hotel. It was very clean, and the housekeeping staff were friendly. The self check-in was easy and convenient. I appreciated the quiet location, close to Kensington Olympia station, which made for easy transport to the Warner Bros studio. The showers were well-equipped, and I never had an issue with shared restrooms.
