I had a lovely stay at the hotel, and the location was perfect, as it was just a stone's throw from the castle and a short walk to the river. Matthew, who helped with parking, was fantastic and made the experience even better, while Olivia took great care of us at night, serving delicious drinks and bar food. The cleanliness was spot on, and the breakfast coffee was exceptional.

The cleanliness of my room was impressive, and the location provided easy access to local attractions, allowing me to explore the area effortlessly. The breakfast was hearty and satisfying, especially after a long day of sightseeing.

I loved the location of the hotel, as it was within a 5-minute walk to many restaurants, making dining out super convenient. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff, especially the head receptionist Hayley and the wonderful Polish lady from Housekeeping, were extremely helpful. The parking facility was safe and easy to access, which added to my positive experience.
