We loved the hotel's fantastic location, just steps away from the Itsukushima Shrine and other key attractions, making it easy to explore. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond, including providing a complimentary shuttle from the ferry terminal. Our room was spacious and clean, and we particularly enjoyed the wonderful onsen and the delicious breakfast options, both Western and Japanese styles.

The spacious western-Japanese style room featured a cozy tatami lounge area and was impeccably clean. The on-site facilities, including the public baths, were a real treat, and the staff went above and beyond, making us feel welcome and well cared for. the traditional breakfast was delicious and made with local ingredients.
