I had a fantastic experience at the hotel, as the location couldn't have been better for exploring nearby attractions like Chinatown and various theatres. The staff went above and beyond, providing a delightful welcome with thoughtful birthday surprises, while the cleanliness of the room and great breakfast options truly enhanced my stay. The facilities were excellent, and the comfortable mattress ensured a good night's sleep.
