The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, which added to the warm atmosphere. Plus, the location was fantastic—within walking distance to numerous excellent restaurants, including those on Kloof and nearby Long Street. It was easy to explore the waterfront and other attractions, making it an ideal base.
