We had a wonderful stay, as the hotel was spotlessly clean and located at the center, making it easy to explore the charming churches and waterfront nearby. The staff's friendliness truly stood out, especially Carolina, who provided invaluable tips on local attractions and dining. We also appreciated the ample parking available, adding to the convenience of our visit, and the breakfast offered was satisfying and varied.

The spacious and clean rooms provided all the necessary amenities, while the staff's professionalism and willingness to assist, such as helping with taxi arrangements and early check-ins, truly enhanced our stay. Plus, the sauna facilities were a nice touch for relaxation after a day of sightseeing!

I loved the hotel’s superb location; it’s right at the heart of downtown, just a short walk to the ocean, and near lovely churches. The cleanliness was impressive, and the staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. I appreciated the easy access to transportation, with a taxi rank right outside the hotel, making it convenient to explore the city.
