We loved the hotel's prime location, as it was close to many restaurants and the amazing coffee shop Hija Mia in El Poblado. The staff truly stood out with their warm hospitality and willingness to assist us. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast; the pancakes were a highlight, and the rooftop hot tub was a fantastic place to unwind after exploring. our room was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, featuring a comfortable bed and a classy bathroom.
