With a short walk to the nearest metro stations and the vibrant heart of Shinjuku, it was ideally situated for exploring local dining and nightlife. the rooftop onsen provided stunning views, either at sunrise or nighttime, making it a unique experience. Staff members were welcoming and accommodating, and the breakfast offering was both traditional and delicious.

the male and female baths offered a serene atmosphere and were impeccably clean. the staff were professional and spoke excellent English, making everything easy. the hotel combined traditional ryokan charm with modern design, and I also found the yukata provided to be very convenient.
