The staff, especially manager Mr Muzaffar, was incredibly attentive, greeting us with a complimentary welcome drink of Kehwa, which was a delightful start. The cleanliness of the rooms impressed me, and the breakfast spread was top-notch, offering both convenience and quality.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, where the cleanliness and friendly staff truly stood out. The check-in was smooth, thanks to Mr Muzaffar, who welcomed me with a complimentary Kehwa, which set a lovely tone for my visit. The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety, making mornings special while enjoying the serene location near the Lidder River.
