The staff were incredibly friendly and willing to help.
They went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable during my stay. The room I had was spacious, clean, and had a great view of the garden. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a delicious breakfast and a beautiful pool area. The location was ideal, with the hotel being close to the bus terminal gran caribe and just a ten-minute walk from the city centre. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, breakfast, and staff were top-notch.

The rooms were spacious and clean, providing us with a comfortable and relaxing environment.
The hotel facilities, including the jacuzzi and swimming pool, were fantastic and allowed us to unwind after a day of exploring. The staff, especially Pablo at the guest service desk, provided us with exceptional service and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. the location was convenient, being within walking distance to the downtown area and close to a big bus terminal, making it easy for us to explore San Jose and its attractions.

The staff, especially Allan, was incredibly helpful and patient with us during check-in. They even provided a wheelchair accessible room for my grandfather without us having to request it. The restaurant in the hotel was recommended by the staff and we had an amazing dinner there. The hotel was clean and had all the facilities we needed. It was just a short distance by taxi to the center of the city, and about a 15/20-minute walk to shops and restaurants. The location was also near the Museo de Oro and Museo del Jade, which was convenient for us.
