I had a wonderful experience at the hotel, where the location was fantastic, just a short walk to Copacabana beach and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Thiago at the reception, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect.
