We loved the amazing location right next to the Opera, making it easy to explore the city. The staff was incredibly friendly and fluent in English, which added to our experience. Our room was very clean and spacious, and we appreciated the little coffee shop in the lobby, where we enjoyed a delightful breakfast for a great price.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, quickly resolving minor issues like air conditioning and providing helpful recommendations. The room was cozy, well-furnished, and spotlessly clean, complete with a charming balcony that allowed me to savor some fresh air.

We loved the hotel's amazing location, as everything we wanted was within walking distance, including shops and restaurants. The modern rooms were always clean, and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. We also enjoyed the lovely coffee bar downstairs, especially the EUR 4 breakfast deal, which was a great way to start our day.
