I had a fantastic stay at the hotel, where the cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The location is perfect, right between the charming residential areas and the beautiful gardens, making it easy to explore. I was pleasantly surprised by the upgrade to a room with a stunning view over the gardens, and breakfast was simply delightful, with a wide selection of beautifully prepared options.

We loved the location, right on High Street Kensington. There are plenty of shops and cafes around. The view of the park was stunning. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive. The room was spacious and very clean.
