We had a fantastic stay at this adults-only resort. The hotel facilities looked elegant, from the beautiful landscaping to the infinity pool overlooking the ocean. The beachside chairs with hoods and the outdoor beds near the pool and on the beach provided ultimate relaxation. The staff, especially Rick in concierge and Nicholas at Las Ventanas, were exceptional in providing personalized recommendations and service. The concierge service, in particular, went above and beyond to make our honeymoon special with romantic gestures like rose petals and folded swan towels on the bed. The buffet service offered during breakfast and lunch was delicious, and the late-night snacks were a great treat. The fitness center and hot sauna were also impressive amenities. The bell boys were helpful in securing taxis quickly, and the excursion services offered at the resort made it easy to explore the surrounding area.
