The staff were incredible, going above and beyond to meet our needs, such as finding extra kettles for us. I also loved the local breakfast options, and the hotel's proximity to the shopping mall was a nice bonus. Everything was clean, and the complimentary snacks were a great touch.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The location is perfect, right in the city center and close to a mall. The room was extremely spacious and well-lit, making it very comfortable. The bathtub was a wonderful addition, spacious enough for us and our kids. We also appreciated the provided facilities like snacks and beverages.
