The location was perfect, with easy access to shopping, eateries, and local attractions, allowing me to explore the city by foot. the breakfast buffet was delightful, and I appreciated that they accommodated special requests without hesitation.

We loved the cleanliness of our spacious room, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, even during a busy rugby weekend. Plus, the hotel’s proximity to the iconic Sky Tower and various attractions made exploring this city easy and enjoyable.

We loved the hotel's fantastic location, which made it easy to explore the city and enjoy the nearby Sky Tower. The buffet breakfast was delightful, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, making our stay even more enjoyable. the rooms were impressively clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a perfect night's rest after a day of sightseeing.

I had a delightful stay, as the location was fantastic with easy access to restaurants on Federal St, Viaduct, and Queen St the restaurant in the hotel served exceptional meals, and the breakfast was quite satisfying, adding to my experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help, making me feel welcome and at home throughout my visit.
