I loved the location next to the river and surrounded by lush forestry. The staff were incredibly helpful and fluent in English. Breakfast was delicious and offered plenty of variety. The onsen facilities, especially the private bath, were relaxing and inviting.

I had a great experience at this hotel. The staff was friendly and spoke excellent English. The location was convenient, just a short walk to the bus stop and near the main onsen area. I loved the clean facilities and enjoyed the amazing meals served for breakfast and dinner.
