The staff was particularly amazing and helpful. The shuttle service was very prompt, and the location was near Charlotte airport. There were many restaurants in the area not far from downtown, which was convenient for us.

The shuttle service was very convenient, as it saved us the hassle of figuring out transportation. the hotel facilities were top-notch, with a restaurant and pool onsite. This made it easy for us to grab dinner and keep our children entertained. The cleanliness of the room was impressive, and the bathroom was well-appointed and clean. We were also pleased with the ample space for our suitcases. The staff were friendly and accommodating, fulfilling all our requests. a great experience!

The cleanliness of the room was impressive, and the bed was so comfortable. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a restaurant and a pool onsite. We especially liked the convenience of the shuttle service, which made our transportation to the airport hassle-free. The location of the hotel was perfect for our needs, as it was close to the airport and conveniently located off I-85. the staff was polite and helpful, providing us with excellent service. We were also pleased to be able to enjoy the perks of the loyalty program, Bonvoy.
