We loved the friendly staff and their helpfulness. The hotel was in an excellent location, close to the snow monkeys and train station. The room and facilities were spotless. We enjoyed the delicious breakfasts, and the onsen options were fantastic.

I also enjoyed the delightful Japanese breakfast, which was beautifully presented, and the cleanliness was top-notch. The on-site spa facilities, especially the outdoor onsen, provided a relaxing atmosphere that was simply magical.
