The cleanliness was top-notch, and the staff were incredibly helpful, especially Ana and Luci at reception, who aided us during a flight crisis. We appreciated the great variety at breakfast, ensuring everyone was satisfied. the hotel facilities were impressive, including the pools and children's park.
