We were impressed with the hotel's cleanliness and exceptional staff, especially Nirvana, who greeted us with a smile each morning and genuinely cared for our needs. we enjoyed the fantastic breakfast selection and the friendly service at the main restaurant from Mohammad and Sadiq. The hotel facilities were also top-notch, with plenty of activities and a lovely diving center where Hazem recommended great options.

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel. Everything was spotless. The facilities were excellent, especially the pools and beach cabanas. The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety. The staff were incredibly friendly, particularly Mr Karim, Mr Mostafa Farouk, Eman, and Omnia, who all provided outstanding service.

We had an amazing experience at the hotel, as the cleanliness was impeccable and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Mohamed in the gym was enthusiastic, and Mr Mostafa from the front desk, along with Eman from guest relations and Omnia from reception, made our stay even better with their attentive service. The facilities were fantastic too, offering a range of dining options and beautiful landscapes that created a peaceful atmosphere.

The hotel was incredibly clean. The facilities were fantastic, with three big pools and a beautiful beach. Breakfast was delicious and had plenty of options. The staff were superbly friendly, especially Mr Mohamed Abdelgelil, Chef Tamer, and the team at the Amoura restaurant. They always remembered our preferences and made us feel special.
