the location is fantastic, right in the heart of Times Square, making it easy to explore. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and I appreciated the cleanliness of my room—it was spotless daily. The hotel offered great facilities, including a cozy bed and super modern drapes that blocked out city lights perfectly.
