We loved the hotel's location, as it was conveniently close to Ocean Drive and Lincoln Road Mall, making it easy to explore the area. The cleanliness of the rooms impressed us, and the staff was incredibly friendly, especially Alex and Mario, who went out of their way to assist us during our stay. We also appreciated having extra blankets provided upon request, which made our experience even more comfortable.
