I had a fantastic stay at the hotel, especially in the Executive King Room, number 1518, which was spacious and spotless. The location is perfect, just a short walk to Times Square and within minutes of the Big Bus Tours' starting point. The staff was incredibly friendly and offered excellent service, even late at night when we arrived.

We had an amazing experience at the hotel, as the cleanliness was top-notch, and the facilities exceeded our expectations; we loved having a microwave and fridge in our spacious room. The location couldn’t be better, with easy access to all the theatres and just a short walk to Times Square and the E subway station, making it convenient for late-night outings. The staff was always pleasant and incredibly helpful.
