The location was fantastic, right off Fifth Avenue and just a short walk to Times Square and the subway, making it super convenient to explore. We especially appreciated the friendly staff, who went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, including a lovely balcony to relax on after a busy day.

The staff were attentive, making our stay comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and reasonably priced. A special mention to the friendly bellboy who showed us around other rooms.
