We had an amazing stay at this hotel, as the cleanliness was outstanding, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The breakfast was delicious, featuring a hearty Scottish spread, which fueled our adventures exploring the nearby Castle of Mey and venturing out to John O'Groats. The location was perfect for scenic outings, and we loved coming back to such comfortable accommodations each day.

I had an amazing stay at the hotel, thanks to the incredibly friendly hosts who were always eager to assist and chat. The cleanliness throughout the property was remarkable, and the breakfast, made from local produce, was absolutely delicious. Plus, the location was ideal, just a short drive from Gills Bay for the ferry to the Orkney Islands, making it a perfect start for my day-long bus tour.

The staff were extremely welcoming and made me feel right at home, and the breakfast was truly exceptional, offering a great variety of both continental and cooked options. The cleanliness of the entire property stood out, making it a comfortable retreat after a long day of exploring.

The cleanliness was exceptional throughout the property, and the cozy shared lounge, complete with a wood-burning fireplace, offered a perfect retreat after our adventures. Located just off the main road and within walking distance of the Castle of Mey, we also enjoyed easy access to local attractions and the breathtaking Highlands. The breakfast was a highlight, featuring a perfect traditional full Scottish meal that fueled our explorations.
