We had an incredible stay with breathtaking views and exceptional service. The staff, especially the manager, Shiny, were friendly and helpful. The rooms, although a bit dated, were very clean and had the necessary amenities. The hotel facilities, including the pool and sauna, were well-maintained. The location was perfect, with easy access to restaurants and attractions like Clifton Hill and the Hornblower.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The check-in staff and all the staff were pleasant to deal with, and Bhoomit Bhatt was particularly helpful, professional, and understanding. We had a problem with our first room, but within minutes we were given another room. The hotel had a FREE 24-hour coffee station, where the coffee was good and all the condiments were always available. The station was also kept clean at all times. The view from our 11th-floor room was spectacular, especially during the Sunday night fireworks and the lighting storm. The hotel's central location made it convenient for buses, walking, and visiting good restaurants. We also appreciated the proximity to the Fallsview Casino, where we attended a concert.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The location was ideal, and our room had a perfect view of the falls from our 'Falls View' room just above the Bridal Veil Falls. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, and the facilities were well-maintained. Additionally, the staff, particularly the receptionist, was considerate and had excellent customer service skills.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking, overlooking the falls. The cleanliness of the room was top-notch, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel facilities were great, including unlimited coffee and water in the lobby, as well as unlimited access to the 14th floor observation deck. The location was perfect, as it was close to all the shops and restaurants in this city.
