The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome right from the start. The cleanliness of the rooms and shared spaces was impressive, and we appreciated the delicious breakfast options each morning. the location was perfect, as it was conveniently close to the streetcar on St Charles Avenue, allowing easy access to explore the city.

We loved the hotel's fantastic location, as it was right by all the main attractions, making it easy to explore on foot or via convenient public transport. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and our rooms were always spotless and comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the nice bar downstairs, which offered fun evenings and a great selection of drinks, including locally-brewed beer. Breakfast was delightful, especially on Fridays when the spread was plentiful and varied.
