The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The facilities were stunning, especially the thermal springs and pools. I loved the variety and quality of the breakfast, and the cleanliness of the entire property was excellent.

I loved how immaculate the hotel was, and the stunning views of the volcano from my room were breathtaking. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. I enjoyed the multiple thermal pools and the amazing swim-up bar, which offered delicious margaritas. Breakfast was another highlight, featuring a wide variety of tasty options to start my day right.
