The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, ensuring we felt comfortable throughout our visit. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, and we appreciated the lounge area on the second floor where we could relax and heat up food from the nearby convenience stores.

The staff was incredibly helpful and communicated well in English, making our stay enjoyable. the lounge area was spacious and inviting, with complimentary drinks and comfortable seating.

We loved the hotel's location in Ginza, as it was close to high-end shops and convenient stores, making it easy to explore. The staff was incredibly friendly and spoke English well, which definitely enhanced our experience. We appreciated the cleanliness of our room, and having a lounge area with a kitchen was a fantastic perk for warming up snacks from the nearby Family Mart.
