being directly connected to a shopping mall made exploring the area super convenient. the cleanliness was impeccable, and I appreciated the spacious bathroom and comfortable bed in my room. the friendliness of the staff stood out, especially when they surprised me with a bottle of Niagara wine to celebrate my anniversary, which truly added a special touch to my experience.

We truly enjoyed the hotel's fantastic location, as it was within walking distance of almost all the attractions we wanted to visit. the cleanliness of our room was impeccable, and we were delighted by the breathtaking views from our window. the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. the breakfast served was one of the best we've had in a long time, providing a perfect start to our days.

We loved the hotel's prime location, which made it easy to explore the sights like Parliament Hill and the Rideau Canal. the staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, especially Ana at the reception, who made our special occasion even more memorable. the cleanliness was impressive, as every corner felt spotless, and the pleasant scent welcomed us every time we entered. the location couldn't be better, as we were just a short walk from major attractions, including stunning views of local landmarks. We loved the location in the heart of downtown. It was convenient to a wide variety of restaurants and the Rideau Centre. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the fantastic breakfast and found the rooms large and comfortable.
