We loved the hotel's cleanliness, as everything felt fresh and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and spoke excellent English, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location was perfect; just a short walk to Shinjuku Station and surrounded by fantastic restaurants, convenience stores, and shopping malls, making it easy to explore the city.
