I had a fantastic experience at the hotel, particularly enjoying the cleanliness and the breathtaking location. The staff were exceptionally accommodating and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was delightful, featuring fresh juices and varied options, while I also appreciated the spacious rooms that provided stunning views of the mountains. Plus, the proximity to the biological preserve allowed easy exploration of the unique wildlife in the area.

The location is fantastic, being just a short walk to the Cloud Forest entrance, and the staff were incredibly helpful in arranging tours. I also appreciated the comfortable bed and spacious shower, which made relaxing after a day of exploring easy. The breakfast offered delicious options, and I loved the beautiful gardens that attracted local wildlife right outside my window.
