I had a fantastic experience at the hotel thanks to its prime location, which made exploring everything within walking distance a breeze. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, ensuring my stay was comfortable. The cleanliness was impressive as my room was tidied up daily, and the diner attached served a delicious breakfast at reasonable prices. the easy access to buses and train stations made transportation to McCormick Place incredibly convenient.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the hotel, as the location was perfect for exploring nearby parks, shopping, and cultural attractions. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to assist us, making our stay even more enjoyable. the cleanliness of the property stood out, and the comfortable beds provided a restful night's sleep after our daily adventures.

I really enjoyed the hotel's fantastic location, as it was near Michigan Avenue and close to the museum campus, making it easy to explore the city. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, and the staff was genuinely friendly and helpful, especially the doorman who offered great parking advice. Plus, having a Thai restaurant and a popular breakfast cafe right next door was a delightful bonus.
