We absolutely loved the hotel facilities, especially the three pools, which included a jacuzzi and a kids' pool, perfect for our family. The location was ideal, being about 90 minutes from the stunning rim of Crater Lake and just 15 minutes away from the Lava Beds National Park. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and we appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms.
