We loved the hotel's cleanliness and excellent facilities, especially the tranquil onsen surrounded by stunning snow-capped trees. The location was perfect, being very close to the ski slopes and the Sanroku Ropeway, making it incredibly convenient for skiing enthusiasts.

We loved the spacious rooms and the exceptional cleanliness throughout the hotel. The onsen facilities were fantastic, with multiple indoor and outdoor pools available, and the staff was incredibly courteous and helpful. I loved the cleanliness and the traditional charm of the hotel, which combined Western comfort with Japanese aesthetics perfectly. The staff was incredibly attentive, accommodating all my needs, and the onsen offered a truly tranquil experience surrounded by snow. the dining was fantastic; both the kaiseki dinner and breakfast were beautifully presented and delicious. The free shuttle service to and from the station was also a major plus, making it easy to explore the area.
