The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my visit. Although the hotel no longer offers a restaurant, I was grateful for the ice-cold water jug provided by the receptionist after finding only snacks in the vending machine.

The location was fantastic, right by the canal, and I loved taking morning walks along the towpath. The rooms were lovely, and I appreciated the cleanliness with fresh linens and towels replaced daily. Plus, the straightforward drive into the city made it easy for me to explore.
