The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the underground station and Kensington Gardens. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, making it super convenient. The staff were lovely and made me feel welcome right from check-in. The cleanliness of the room was impressive too.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, close to both the tube station and beautiful parks. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. My room was spotless, with a well-decorated modern aesthetic. The air-conditioning worked well, and the wifi connection was strong.

The staff, especially Giuseppina, were incredibly friendly and attentive, making my stay even more enjoyable. It was spotlessly clean and the staff were efficient and friendly. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to two tube stations and close to beautiful Kensington Gardens. Our compact room had a stunning bathroom with a great walk-in shower. Every day, we appreciated the fresh bottled water in the fridge and enjoyed relaxing on the lovely outside terrace.
