We loved the cleanliness and how well-organized the hotel was. The location was perfect, just a short distance from downtown. The beautiful conservatory overlooking the lovely garden was a great bonus. Paul, our host, prepared the best breakfast we’ve ever had!

Plus, the location was fantastic—nestled in a charming neighborhood near Holyrood Park, with easy access to great restaurants and attractions like the National Museum. To top it off, the breakfast prepared by our host was simply the best I’ve ever had!

The location is perfect; it’s in a quieter neighborhood but still close to a bus stop that takes you to the bustling city center in about 10-15 minutes. The breakfast provided was exceptional, and I was especially impressed by the charming host who genuinely cared for our comfort.

The location is perfect, with easy access to the city center and nearby transport. Lastly, the breakfast was superb, and the staff was incredibly welcoming.
