The staff was outstanding, particularly Steve, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience, even providing us with non-alcoholic wine when he discovered our preferences. With lovely amenities and plenty of restaurants nearby, the atmosphere was simply fantastic.

I had an amazing stay at the hotel, as the cleanliness was top-notch and the staff, especially Steve, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The location is fantastic, being right by West India Quay DLR and Canary Wharf tube, making transportation incredibly easy. The hotel features beautiful terraces and a well-maintained lounge area, and the jacuzzi bath in my upgraded room was an absolute treat.

I had a fantastic experience at the hotel, with exceptional cleanliness and fantastic staff who really went out of their way to ensure my comfort. The location was perfect, surrounded by plenty of restaurants and easy access to the DLR and tube stations, making transportation a breeze. The common areas were well-maintained, and I loved the inviting terraces.
