We loved the exceptional cleanliness of our room, thanks to Maria Elena in housekeeping, and the friendly staff made our experience memorable; Patricia in beach hospitality ensured we always had drinks on hand, while Omero at the smoothie bar crafted delightful refreshments. Breakfast was delightful, offering a variety of options that set the perfect tone for our days.

The views were stunning, and I enjoyed not having to walk far from my room to reach the beach. The oversized paddleboards were a fun addition, and I appreciated the attentive service throughout my visit, making me feel right at home.

I had a fantastic experience at the hotel, as the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially Wilberth, the barman, who always had a smile and a great sense of humor. The cleanliness throughout the resort was impeccable, and I loved the variety of activities offered each day. the breakfast selection was delicious, providing plenty of options to start my day off right. I also enjoyed the convenient location, as I was able to walk to Yal-Ku in about 40 minutes.
