The staff provided exceptional service, treating us like royalty from check-in to check-out, which made our stay unforgettable. the breakfast was a delightful highlight, boasting a diverse spread of cuisines that catered to all tastes.

The staff was friendly and attentive. The cleanliness was impeccable, and my suite was spacious and beautifully designed. Breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options. The location was ideal, close to attractions and the Dubai Festival Mall, where we enjoyed amazing fireworks on New Year's Eve.
