We loved the hotel’s fantastic location, just a short walk from the Haram. The staff was friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome during our stay. The cleanliness of our room was impressive, and we appreciated having several complimentary bottles of water. The free tea in the lobby was a nice touch, too.

The staff were incredibly welcoming, providing fresh Arabic coffee and refreshing towels upon arrival. I had a wonderful stay. The location of the hotel is perfect—just a short walk to the holy site and surrounded by numerous restaurants. The staff was exceptionally welcoming and attentive.
