The attentive staff made my experience as a solo traveler incredibly comfortable, always going the extra mile to ensure my needs were met. The room was cozy, featuring a lovely Welsh blanket and fresh milk for my tea. I highly recommend the full Suffolk breakfast, which was absolutely delicious, making my mornings even better.

We loved the hotel’s fantastic location, right opposite the Abbey Gardens in the center of town, which made exploring the area super easy. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout our stay. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-ventilated, and we enjoyed a delicious breakfast with plenty of options to choose from.

the location was fantastic, right in the center of the city, making it easy to explore nearby bars and restaurants. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met. I also loved the breakfast; it was delicious and well worth the price, especially with lovely views from our window seat. The parking service was a wonderful bonus, as the staff took care of both my car and luggage, adding to the overall convenience.
