I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, which is perfectly located directly across from the Great Orme Tramway and within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and the pier. The room was immaculate, and the staff were incredibly friendly, always ready to assist. The personalized breakfasts were a delightful start to my day, and it was nice to have the convenience of parking right in front of the property.
