We especially appreciated the friendly staff, who went above and beyond, making our stay even more enjoyable with their attentive service. the location was fantastic; being so close to the harbor front and shopping areas made exploring the city incredibly convenient.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. They even surprised my mum with a birthday cake, which was a lovely touch. The breakfast selection was great, and the cleanliness of the rooms was impressive. Plus, they provided complimentary shuttle service to the ferry terminal, making transportation easy.
